Brittney Grisaffi, M.S., LMFT #82232
Hi, I’m Brittney. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed by the state of California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I have been providing therapy for over 10 years to families, couples, single adults and teens all throughout Orange County. I am passionate about helping others be successful in their lives… with their relationships, their goals, their work and with feeling more confident and passionate about life again.
My approach
I speak from professional (and personal) experience when I say that life can be difficult. Most of the time we think that we have a handle on things, but then something outside of our sphere of influence can impact us in ways we never imagined. This can be the break-up of a significant relationship, the loss of a family member or friend, sudden illness or change in health, a pregnancy or other life event. Sometimes we just may have hit a wall with realizing that we haven’t been happy for a long time and are tired of feeling this way. Whatever is happening for you, I want you to know that you are not alone and support is available. Together we will explore the things that are troubling you, take steps to heal the parts of yourself that have been affected and develop solutions and skills to help get you moving onward. Take the first step today by calling or emailing me to make an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with getting on a path to feeling better.
What my clients are saying
“Brittney is exceptional at what she does! I was initially anxious about seeing a therapist, even though I have seen a few previously in my life and they have always helped. As soon as I met her, I felt a lot more calm. She has a very welcoming and warm demeanor. In addition to being very easy to talk to, she is also very supportive and really helps and guides you through working out what you need to. I originally went to see her because my fiancé and I had broken up and we were seeing if we could work things out to get back together. Not only did she help me work things out, but she also helped me with changing how I interacted with my family (for the better)…She helped me grow through one of the most difficult times in my life and come out of it happier than I have ever been. I would refer her to anyone, and I have without a doubt in my mind!… My husband (now) and I both felt like she was helping us work on our relationship together. She would fairly and gently point out things to each of us that would benefit our relationship together, and it worked. We have taken what she has taught us and we have never been happier together.”
